We are Dan and Siobhan Summerfeldt; we work out of our Studio 1235 office with clients in Alaska, Oregon and Washington. We have the flexibility to offer a variety of lending solutions including Conventional, VA, USDA and FHA, in addition to some of the opportunities available under the new government homeowners assistance programs. We also have the confidence and determination to offer reassurance and expertise in more challenging loans, including opportunities for self-employed borrowers, manufactured homeowners, and for homeowners or their families considering a reverse mortgage.
Sometimes this even means counseling our clients to wait until they are in a better situation to make a change, or supporting them when sticking with their current loan makes the most sense.
