Studio 1235 is a community-based building, and a very unique experience. Many people visit the building and receive an acupuncture treatment while their children take flamenco dance classes and guitar lessons; afterwards hanging out at the cafe enjoying free wifi, Stumptown coffee, and organic food and wine. The building has many long term tenants who operate on a surprisingly integrated level – from medical offices to intuitive counseling to flamboyant and creative dance studio performances, each studio in our community has something unique to offer.
In addition, we enjoy a very supportive, experienced landlord and management company.
